Service availability may vary by location.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or operational reasons.

2. Booking & Appointments

A. Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled through:

  • Phone
  • Email
  • Approved third-party platforms

B. Appointment Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed once:

  • Details are received and approved
  • Deposit (if required) is paid

C. Access to Property

Clients must provide safe, legal access to the property at the scheduled time.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the completed work:

  • Notify us within 24 hours, and
  • We will arrange a touch-up or resolution if appropriate

Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Liability & Limitations

We maintain general safety standards, but no cleaning company can guarantee complete elimination of viruses, bacteria, or pathogens.
